We had take part in some activities , they were called Core dynamics. the activities were hanging knee lift,press ups, pull ups, bleep test vertical jump ,
standing broad jump , a 12 minute run, skipping , bepth jump,long jump , shuttle jump and a minute run.We had to do the over several days. i was away for the some of the time so couldn't do everything.
The exercises I completed were:Hanging knee lift - I got 4, Press up - 1, Pull up 2, on the beep test i got up to level 4 stage 3 on the Vertical jump i got 2.18 meters on the 12 minute run i ran 7 and a half laps around the field when i did the skipping i manged to do 35 skips
in a time of 1 minute in long jump i got 1 point. The activity i enjoyed most was the hanging knee lift because i tested my strength and ability to hold myself up above the ground. The activity i didn't enjoy was skipping because i am very bad at skipping because i cant get the timing right and my feet always get tangled around the skipping rope and my arms and my wrists get tired.
